Nawaf Alsamerai

Senior Partner

Nawaf has over 15 years of experience in HR, focusing on talent acquisition and assessments, outsourcing, and broad HR consultancy services. His experience spans throughout in the GCC as well as in the rest of the Middle East region in business sectors that include trading, services, construction, and banking. In addition to consulting,  Nawaf manages the day-to-day operations at HRInvest.

Nawaf has a vast educational background in Business Administration and Management along with Literature and Linguistics. He also holds a certification in psychometric and aptitude testing in conjunction with the British Psychological Society, which plays a key role during the job analysis and interviewing processes.

Dalia Maamoun

Head of Human Capital Consulting

Dalia is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience exclusively in the fields of Human Resources and Project Management. As the head of the Human Capital Consulting department in HRInvest, she is well equipped to effectively manage and execute a wide range of HR transformation engagements, including organizational design, job profiling, policies & procedures, process mapping, performance management and rewards structuring.

Dalia’s strength lies in building plans for project execution and resource management against business needs and constraints. She sets out communication strategies to manage expectations and secure transparency to avoid conflict of interest amongst stakeholders.

From her lengthy and ongoing consulting experience, Dalia is able to work with and advise top management (including Board Members) in resolving strategic HR issues while providing leading and applicable industry insights. She is also able to remain goal-focused to ensure consulting assignments are addressing key requirements. This broad experience, coupled with a personal background in teaching and excellent facilitation, has made her valuable across a number of different client industries.

Dalia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a double specialization in Human Resources and Marketing. She also has a minor in Psychology, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified assessor with Korn Ferry and Will Towers Watson (Saville Assessment) Psychometric and Aptitude Assessments.

Saad Abou Rjeily

Besma Al-Qassar

Besma has over 20 years of experience across diverse sectors. Her experience in human development ranges from training to facilitated workshops and coaching. She coaches individuals towards behavioral change and development. Her unique style allows her the flexibility to coach teams of any size and in any type of business. She excels in delivering group coaching workshops where she assists teams in finding solutions for any business needs, from developing corporate visions, missions, values and plans and strategies to transform corporate cultures towards excellence. Besma’s creativity drives her to design and deliver unique individual and group development programs that are effective and efficient at the same time.

It is worth noting that Besma is the founder of WMF, an organization focused on supporting women professionals providing them leadership development programs that blend consulting, coaching, and training. She is a regular guest participant at Chatham House’s events related to gender and the economy, most significant is the annual flagship event the International Policy Forum on Gender-Inclusive Growth. She also participated in “She Works”, a global two-year project led by the IFC in partnership with the private sector and aimed at  supporting women in the workforce.

Besma holds a BA in English Literature from Kuwait University. She is an ILM certified trainer and an ILM trained coach.

Mennatalla Farag

Senior Consultant

Mennatalla is a Human Capital professional with more than ten years of experience in many areas of HR such as Performance Management, Training & Development and Talent Acquisition. Mennatalla has also handled day-to-day HR operations on a regional level, her first-hand operational HR experience plays a major role dealing with clients as she is able to share tried and tested methods and provide effective solutions. She has diverse experience having previously worked in sectors such as; Healthcare, Retail, Trading and Education.

Mennatalla holds a Master’s Degree in Global Human Resources from the University of Liverpool along with earning many professional and academic certificates. She is a certified trainer and instructor. 

Anie Mathew

Anie is an HR Professional with over 15 years of experience in directing full scale human resources operations, including Manpower Planning and Budgeting, Local and Overseas Recruitment, HR Procedures and Policies Development and Implementation, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Employee Handbook and Orientation Programs, Compensation and Benefits Administration, End of Service Benefits, and Personnel Administration.

Anie is also experienced in guiding clients with ISO Certification requirements and has worked as a Management Representative and Internal Auditor of Medical and F&B Industries. She has worked with Oil and Gas, Food Manufacturing, Support Services, Automotive, Entertainment and Medical Industries in Kuwait and has successfully handled various positions within HR.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and is certified as a Human Resources Management Professional.

Shiney Nibu

Shiney is a talent acquisition professional with more than 13 years of experience within the recruitment industry, where she has honed her head-hunting skills in diverse industries like Oil & Gas, Information Technology, Healthcare and Finance & Banking sectors within Kuwait. Her exposure and experience to the full recruitment life-cycle has allowed her to successfully handle and close many recruitment projects throughout these sectors.

Shiney has the unique forte of identifying talent and head-hunting them from both local and regional organizations. Her interpersonal skills and always ready to help personality goes a long way in guiding a candidate with making the right career change.

Shiney holds degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science.

Haidee Beltran


Haidee has over 10 years of experience within the Recruitment Industry where she has mastered the science of Sourcing and Executive Search of mostly Managerial to C-level positions throughout the Telecommunications, Information Technology, Hospitality, Insurance, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Banking and Finance Sectors.

Haidee’s executive search background began with a global search firm originating from Japan, where she gained exposure in handling search requirements across many sectors. Before moving to the human resources industry, Haidee spent 5 years in the hospitality industry, gaining experience from various positions in operations, and sales and marketing.

Haidee has continuously demonstrated passion towards her work in Talent Acquisition. She is committed to deliver her clients with the best service and to her candidates the best opportunities.

Haidee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from St. Paul’s College. 

Randal Mendes


Randal has a wealth of work experience of almost 20 years, most recently with a very large retailer in the MENA region and previously, one of the largest construction companies in the Middle East. He has paved his way with his passion, persuasion and resilience to acquire top talent for his stakeholders. Collaborating with his clients and understanding their in-depth needs is one of his key strengths, in addition to his tremendous exposure to sourcing, selection and acquiring highly qualified talent for any organization.

Randal has a keen eye for identifying talent and pinpointing where they would fit best. Along with his human resource and recruitment knowledge, he has organized psychometric and aptitude assessments which are essential for development and selection purposes.

Born and raised in Kuwait, Randal is very familiar with the local culture, language and traditions, allowing him to hit the ground running with any client he has the pleasure of working with. Additionally, he has also worked on many projects throughout the GCC meeting new people and introducing himself to new cultures along the way – which he loves.
