About The Role 

The Social Media & Content Executive will be responsible for developing creative content across the company's social media platforms, with a strong focus on short-form video, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels.

The role requires someone who understands social media trends, can turn ideas into engaging content, and is comfortable managing the full content creation process, from concept development and scripting to filming, editing, and publishing.

About You

An Ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree  or any relevant Field
• At least 3+ years of experience in the field
• Naturally creative and always thinking of new content ideas.
• Strong understanding of what makes TikTok and Reels content engaging.
• Confident in filming and editing short-form videos.
• Adaptable to trends in a way that remains relevant to the brand.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple content requirements.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others during filming.
• Previous experience in social media or content creation is required.
• Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable
