About The Role

This position will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a diversified property portfolio spanning Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Private assets. This role ensures properties are well-maintained, compliant with statutory regulations, and operationally efficient, while managing budgets, vendor contracts, and tenant/owner relationships. The ideal candidate will bring a versatile, multi-sector approach to property management, ensuring consistent service quality and value across all asset types under their management and care. 

About You

The ideal candidate would have the following: 

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years in property/facility management, with demonstrated exposure across multiple asset classes.
•  Proven experience managing a mix of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality, and/or Private properties — not limited to a single sector
•  Strong background in negotiating, managing, and monitoring service contracts, SLAs, and vendor performance (MEP, security, cleaning, landscaping, etc.)
•  Experience preparing and managing operating budgets, service charges, and expenditure tracking
• Familiarity with Kuwait municipal regulations, tenancy law, and fire/safety compliance standards
•  Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently across a diverse portfolio
• Must have a Kuwait valid driving license
