About The Role

Overseeing staffing, scheduling, fleet maintenance, customer service, and financial performance across five locations. Acting as the bridge between operational teams and corporate management, the role ensures consistency, efficiency, and profitability. By leading teams and driving strategic initiatives, the Operations Manager secures seamless daily operations while supporting long-term growth.

About You

The ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
  • Minimum 7–10 years in operations management, preferably in multi-location service businesses, leisure/sports facilities, or transportation/fleet-based operations or retail
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams while managing workforce scheduling and performance.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet and asset management, customer service delivery, and budget and financial performance monitoring.
  • Holds a Transferable Visa 18
