About The Role

A key clinical member of the Women's Health Integrated Care team, responsible for providing specialized psychological assessment, counseling, and therapeutic support services focused on promoting mental and emotional well-being across various stages of women's health.The role involves delivering evidence-based psychological interventions through individual and group therapy, conducting mental health assessments, formulating treatment plans, and supporting patients in managing anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment challenges, and other psychological concerns that may impact their overall well-being and quality of life.

Beyond direct clinical care, the Women's Health Psychologist contributes to multidisciplinary patient management, working closely with OB/GYNs, midwives, and allied health teams to ensure integrated, patient-centered care, accurate clinical documentation, outcome monitoring, psychoeducation, compliance with hospital quality standards, and continuous service improvement.

About You

Ideal Candidate would have the following:

  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Valid Psychology license or eligibility for licensure
  • 3+ years of experience in:

    • Women's Health
    • Perinatal Care
    • Integrated Care Settings
  • Proficiency in:

    • Psychological Assessment Tools
    • EMR Documentation
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Strong empathy, active-listening skills, and cultural sensitivity
  • Knowledge of evidence-based psychological practices and outcome measures
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Strong collaboration, communication, adaptability, and patient-centered approach to care
