About The Role

To play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by managing administrative records, coordinating marketing activities, and supporting compliance with governmental procedures. This position is essential for maintaining effective communication channels within the company and with external stakeholders. The role contributes directly to the company's efficiency, professionalism, and maintenance of daily operations.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
  • At least 5+ years in an Office Administration/ Secretarial position 
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage contractual obligations, government procedures, and marketing coordination with attention to detail.
  • Must be able to communicate in English and Arabic languages efficiently
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools
  • Must have a valid Kuwait Transferable Visa 18
