About The Role

To support the company's financial operations through monitoring the overall financial position of the company and maintaining accurate financial records to support business decision-making. The role involves preparing monthly financial reports on company performance and obligations, conducting financial analysis for projects and opportunities, overseeing payment and collection activities, and contributing to budgeting and future forecasting activities.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience within real estate, investment, or related sectors
• Experience monitoring financial performance and preparing monthly financial reports
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Hands-on experience overseeing payment and collection processes
• Ability to analyze projects and financial opportunities
  Detail-oriented and organized working style
• Strong understanding of financial commitments and reporting activities
• Must have a valid transferable visa 18
