About The Role

A key clinical member of the Women's Health and Physiotherapy team, responsible for delivering specialized pelvic floor rehabilitation services focused on prevention, assessment, treatment, and recovery support for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and related women's health conditions.

The role involves providing evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including pelvic floor muscle training, biofeedback, electrotherapy, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise, while supporting patient recovery, functional outcomes, and quality of life across both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Beyond clinical care, the Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist contributes to multidisciplinary patient management, working closely with Gynecology, Urology, Obstetrics, Colorectal Surgery, and allied health teams to ensure integrated, patient-centered care, accurate clinical documentation, compliance with hospital quality standards, and continuous service improvement.

About You

Ideal Candidate would have the following:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Valid Physiotherapy license / professional registration
  • Specialized experience in:

    • Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation
    • Women's Health Physiotherapy
  • Strong hands-on experience in:

    • Pelvic floor assessments
    • Pelvic floor training
    • Biofeedback
    • Electrotherapy
    • Manual therapy
    • Therapeutic exercise programs
  • Experience working in hospital / clinical settings
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary medical teams
  • Strong patient education and communication skills
  • Knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy practices
  • Good documentation and clinical reporting skills
  • Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and MS Office
  • Fluent English required
  • Arabic is a plus
  • Strong professionalism, empathy, teamwork, and patient-centered approach to care
