About the Client
A Kuwait-based institution recognized by the Kuwait Ministry of Education and affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education offering one of the best Indian System of Education.
About the Role
To perform routine tasks necessary to administer and carry out human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation and benefits, leaves; disciplinary matters; disputes, and investigations. Prepare and process timely distribution of employee's salary, bonus, increment, leave encashment, and full and final settlements.
About You
An ideal candidate would have the following:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in working in the Academic Institutions at least 3 to 8 years in a similar capacity
Ability to quickly learn the implemented HRIS and talent management systems
Well-organized and able to prioritize and work under pressure
Strong ability to communicate in both English and Arabic Languages
