About the Client
One of Kuwait's pioneering companies in manufacturing drilling fluids and a provider of production technologies supporting the Oil and Gas sector in the Middle East and Gulf Region.
Abou the Role
To assist in leading the team, efficiently plan and schedule daily material deliveries, optimizing drivers and fleet utilization while reducing reliance on outsourced services. Develop and implement measures for continuous improvement in fleet management, utilizing in-depth knowledge of Kuwait routes. Maintain control over dispatch activities, devise risk management programs, and ensure timely repairs of breakdown trucks to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
About You
Ideal candidate would have the following:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics or Supply Chain will be preferred
Proven working experience in logistics/fleet control field from 6 to 8 yrs.
Proficient in standard fleet management software, Microsoft office, internet, and email programs.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional nights, weekends and holidays.
Fluency in written and verbal English and Arabic will be an advantage.
Position may need occasional work in open areas, varying temperatures depending upon seasons.
Must be residing in Kuwait with valid driving license
