About the Client
A publicly listed powerhouse investment firm on Boursa Kuwait, offering a comprehensive range of investment products and services, covering asset management, investment banking, and broker.
About the Role
To manage the firm’s fixed income fund(s) in line with the established IPS, investment guidelines and benchmark. To maintain the investment decision and monitoring framework related to the firm’s fixed income funds and drive growth in AUM.
About You
Ideal candidate would have the following:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field is required
MBA, other graduate degree or professional certification, such as the CFA, is preferred
Capital Markets Authority certifications
Minimum of 9-12 years of fixed income portfolio management within leading investment firms or top-tier fixed income investment management boutiques
Consistent fixed income portfolio management performance track record
Extensive knowledge of the MENA bond markets and fixed income portfolio management practices
Sound leadership with the ability to collaborate with a well-diversified team of fixed income portfolio managers and investment management professionals
Proven experience in deal sourcing, developing teams, structures and processes to meet strategic growth objectives
