About Our Client

About the Role
Responsible for day-to-day operations of multi-site stores. You will be directly in charge of coordinating and supporting all activities, including people management, efficient allocation of manpower, monitoring of sales, customer engagement, product integrity, and ensuring optimal customer experience in all assigned stores.
About You
Ideally considers candidates with the following:
Bachelor’s Degree in any specialization
Minimum of 3-5 years of operational management experience in fast casual operations
Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sales system/cash register
Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to deal with all levels of employees, and all situations with customers
Strong analytical/decision making skills.
Demonstrate achievement in staff selection and in coaching/development
Leads through influence, persuasion, and effective communication
Knowledge of Health and Safety, Security, Stock, Inventory Management, and Cash procedures.
Must be residing in Kuwait with valid Kuwaiti driving license
