About the Role

Manage administrative functions, documentation, and contract handling while coordinating projects and vendor activities to ensure smooth operations. Drive efficiency by supporting leadership with accurate records, compliance oversight, and effective project coordination. This role plays a critical part in maintaining organizational effectiveness and confidentiality across all administrative processes.

About You

An Ideal candidate would have the following

  • Bachelor's Degree or any relevant field
  • At least have 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar capacity 
  • Strong documentation, reporting, filing, organizational, and coordination skills
  • Strong communication skills (bilingual preference) 
  • With a valid transferable visa - 18
