Developing and managing a portfolio of restaurant concepts, the company oversees activities from concept development to daily operations, working across culinary, design, and operational functions to support consistent and structured business performance.

About The Role

To contribute to the design and development of commercial projects across diverse business requirements, the Architectural Draftsman will be responsible for producing precise technical drawings, layouts, and documentation that translate design concepts into practical, regulation-compliant plans. This role involves close collaboration with Architects, Engineers, and Project stakeholders to ensure that all operational, functional, and support spaces achieve efficiency, meet safety standards, and align with aesthetic objectives.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or Architectural Drafting, design, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Architectural draftsman, ideally with exposure to the Commercial or Hospitality/Retail/Food Industry
• Proficiency in drafting and design software such as AutoCAD, 2D/3D, Revit, or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of building codes, health and safety regulations, and accessibility standards
• Ability to design layouts that optimize workflow, hygiene, and customer experience in commercial environments
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to evolving project requirements
