Developing and managing a portfolio of restaurant concepts, the company oversees activities from concept development to daily operations, working across culinary, design, and operational functions to support consistent and structured business performance.

About The Role

To support construction, fit-out, and renovation projects by coordinating architectural drawings with on-site execution and ensuring all works are delivered in line with approved designs, details, and specifications. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, consultants, and contractors, providing day-to-day architectural support, addressing site-related queries, and maintaining the integrity of the approved design intent through effective coordination, documentation, and site presence.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree or Relevant Field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural roles with strong site exposure
• Hands-on experience supporting construction or fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of construction details, materials, and finishes
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate technical drawings
• Comfortable working between site and office environments
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and solution-focused working style
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or commercial projects is an advantage
• Must have a valid transferable visa -18
