A Kuwait-based industrial automation and control systems integrator delivering end-to-end solutions across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power, Water, and Infrastructure, including system design, integration, commissioning, and ongoing technical support for process-driven industries.

About The Role

Responsible for delivering industrial automation and control system projects from design through commissioning and site support. The role involves developing, integrating, and maintaining PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA solutions for process-driven industries, leading automation projects independently, supporting system upgrades and migrations, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and project objectives.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following: 

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field
• 7 - 10+ years of hands-on experience within automation and control
• Proficiency in PLC/HMI Programming and SCADA systems
• Experience with the upgrade/Migration of PLC and DCS projects 
• Strong understanding of process automation workflows, engineering documents, 
• Ability to provide fast, effective troubleshooting
• Capable of leading projects independently from concept to commissioning
• Siemens certifications  (PCS 7 or equivalent)
• Experience with other automation platforms (Rockwell, DeltaV, Schneider, ABB, Yokogawa)
• Familiarity with Process Instrumentation, Calibration, Loop Checking, Field Commissioning, and Analyzers (e.g. pH, conductivity, gas analyzers , TOC)
