Infrastructure Onsite Support

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing onsite and remote IT infrastructure support, including end-user systems, servers, and network devices. The position involves working closely with internal IT teams and stakeholders to ensure stable operations, timely issue resolution, and effective user support.

About You

Ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in IT or a related field.
• Preferred certifications: CCNA, Extreme Networks Associate (ENA), Huawei HCIA, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, VMware, Azure Fundamentals, Azure Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or onsite support.
• Hands-on experience with Extreme, Huawei, HP, and Cisco switches.
• Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving hardware, OS (Windows/macOS), and network issues.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Proficiency with remote support tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
