About The Role

To lead and establish the procurement unit/team, and will be responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier management, and timely procurement of materials and services. Additionally, will work closely with the Project and Sales teams to ensure procurement plans align with project requirements and tendered specifications.

About You 

Ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or any Relevant Field
• 10 -15 Years of experience in a similar capacity within the Engineering & Construction (EPC), Industrial Electrical, and Power sectors
• Possess strong knowledge of procurement, contracting, and costing processes within the electrical sector
• Proven expertise in medium- and high-voltage (MV/HV) electrical equipment and systems used across substation, industrial, and utility projects.
• Strong experience in the Kuwait Market
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with tendering processes and ability to align procurement with project requirements.
• Knowledge of the GCC Market will be an advantage
