About The Role

Lead high-risk pregnancy care by delivering expert management from diagnosis to delivery. Perform advanced diagnostic procedures including ultrasound, amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling (CVS), and invasive fetal procedures. Provide specialist consultations to guide patients, families, and clinical colleagues through complex maternal–fetal cases. Respond decisively to emergencies, acting promptly in critical maternal or fetal situations. Drive collaboration by uniting obstetric, neonatal, and multidisciplinary teams around shared care plans. Advance practice through contribution to quality initiatives and protocol development, while upholding hospital protocols, Ministry of Health regulations, and ethical best practices.

About You

Ideal candidate would have the following:

• A medical degree and specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology (PhD/ Doctorate/ Membership/ Fellowship/ Board Certification – USA, Canada, UK, Germany, GCC, or equivalent).
• 9+ years of post-qualification experience managing high-risk pregnancies.

• Advanced certification or fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.

• Proven expertise in advanced diagnostic and therapeutic fetal procedures.

• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to perform under pressure.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care in a fast-paced private hospital environment.

• Experience in Clinical excellence in maternal-fetal care.

• Experience with Emergency response and critical decision-making.

• Patient-centered counseling and ethical practice.

• Continuous improvement mindset.

• Multidisciplinary collaboration and leadership.
