About The Role

To lead comprehensive developmental and behavioral pediatric care by conducting detailed assessments to identify delays, disorders, and special needs; providing specialist consultations to guide families and clinical teams in developing individualized care plans; implementing and coordinating medical, behavioral, and educational interventions; managing complex developmental and behavioral cases with sound clinical judgment; fostering strong multidisciplinary collaboration; and contributing to the advancement of developmental pediatrics through quality initiatives, innovation, and protocol development—ensuring the highest standards of care in line with hospital protocols, Ministry of Health regulations, and ethical best practices.

About You

Ideal candidate would have the following:

• Medical degree with pediatric specialty training (PhD/ Doctorate/ Membership/ Fellowship/ Board Certification – USA, Canada, UK, Germany, GCC, or equivalent).
• Advanced certification or fellowship in Developmental Pediatrics or a related subspecialty.
• 9+ years post-specialty experience in pediatrics, with expertise in developmental and behavioral care.
• Proven ability to manage complex neurodevelopmental conditions.
• Experience in Clinical excellence in developmental and behavioral care.
• Experience in Family- and child-centered advocacy and counseling.
• Sharp clinical insight with resilience in challenging situations.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Multidisciplinary collaboration to optimize child development.
