Sr HR and Payroll Specialist

About The Role

Provides HR and payroll support as an HR/Payroll Specialist, assisting with recruitment, performance appraisals, and monthly payroll processing and administration using SAP and Excel, covering payroll calculations, system releases, corrections, exits, and related bank transactions. Ensures accurate and timely salary payments, responds to payroll inquiries, and coordinates closely with the HR Head and Finance team.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • With  14 years of experience covering HR Admin/Payroll functions
  • Have experience in Recruitment activities, Performance Management support
  • Must have SAP experience
  • Exposure to industries like Construction, Industrial, Building Materials, and Engineering
  • Bilingual (English and Arabic)
  • Must be residing in Kuwait with a valid visa 18
