About the Role
This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office. The CEO Assistant manages schedules, communications, and office coordination, supports executive-led initiatives, and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to uphold TABCOs values, policies, and professional standards across the organization.
About You
An ideal candidate would have the following:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification
Previous experience supporting senior management or C-suite executives
Office management experience is an advantage
Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication, report writing, and presentation skills
Excellent organizational, record-keeping, and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and with discretion
Proactive, detail-oriented, professional, and highly confidential
