About The Role
To ensure the smooth, efficient functioning of the executive office by organizing all administrative activities, enabling senior leadership to operate effectively. This includes managing schedules and meetings, overseeing office operations, supervising staff, handling correspondence and reporting, arranging travel, maintaining budgets and supplies, and coordinating events and communications.

About You
An ideal candidate must have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Office Management.
  • Excellent Literacy in MS Office
  • Basic accounting
  • Skilled in Minutes taking, editing, translating, and Report Writing.
  • Excellent Organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in verbal bilingual (English / Arabic) communication skills.
