About the Role This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the full spectrum of accounting and financial operations within the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, driving accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis and forecasting.
About You The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are a plus)
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with demonstrated exposure to corporate, real estate, or investment industries
Minimum 2 years of practical experience working with SAP FICO modules
Strong working knowledge of IFRS and compliance requirements
Ability to manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and cash flow management
Experience in preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and conducting variance and trend analyses
Comfortable managing payroll processes and ensuring timely, accurate reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Proficiency in English is required; candidates of Arab nationality are preferred
