About the Role A results-driven professional responsible for promoting loan products, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales targets through direct engagement and market outreach. Skilled in building client relationships, generating leads, and delivering tailored financial solutions within Kuwaits competitive market.
About You
The ideal candidate should have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
24 years of proven experience in loan sales or direct sales, preferably in banking, telecom, real estate, or electronics.
Strong ability to promote and sell personal loans and other financial products directly to customers.
Excellent skills in identifying and approaching potential clients through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Exceptional communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
