About The Role

The role leads the factory's strategic and operational direction to drive growth, profitability, and scalable production performance. It is accountable for aligning output with market demand, improving efficiency, and ensuring consistent supply to sales and distribution channels. The position oversees daily manufacturing operations, supplier coordination, and compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. It also provides leadership to production teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

About You

An Ideal candidate would have the following 

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in food manufacturing, including experience managing factory operations.
• Strong understanding of food production processes, supply chain coordination, and food safety standards.
