About The Role

The role will be responsible for driving business growth through government-focused projects and tenders. The role centers on identifying opportunities within ministries, public institutions, and government contractors, preparing competitive proposals, and closing deals that align with organizational capabilities. This position requires strong relationship management with government stakeholders, a deep understanding of tendering processes, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet compliance and operational requirements.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or any relevant field
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within industrial sectors such as HVAC, Industrial Equipment (Sandwich Panels), and other similar products
• Proven track record in B2B and institutional sales, with exposure to government tenders, procurement processes, and project-based sales.
• Skilled in tender preparation, documentation, negotiation, pipeline management, and closing complex deals across Kuwait markets.
• Strong ability to engage with government stakeholders, consultants, and decision-makers, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and project specifications.
• Must hold a valid driving license and a transferable visa 18
