This role plays a crucial part in driving organizational success through holistic human resource management. It involves supervising the entire talent lifecycle, from recruitment and retention to designing training initiatives and maintaining efficient HR operations. The position entails implementing strategies for compensation and benefits, refining performance management systems, and ensuring compliance and administrative efficiency throughout HR processes.
About You
Ideal candidate would have the following:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (with equivalency by the Kuwait Ministry of Higher Education)
Experience in developing and implementing HR Policy, HR Systems, and Procedures, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits Management, Employee Engagement & Well-being, Documentation, Reporting and Process Improvement
