About the Client
A publicly listed powerhouse investment firm on Boursa Kuwait, offering a comprehensive range of investment products and services, covering asset management, investment banking, and brokerage.
About the Role
To execute and implement the wealth management strategy, ensuring robust development, and implementation of services and solutions to ensure sustainable growth within the Client Segment.
About You
Ideal candidate would have the following:
Bachelors’ degree in Banking/ Finance or relevant field
A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in a relevant wealth management role
Prior experience in private banking or wealth management in the region, with client segmentation and financial products design experience
Knowledge of comprehensive concepts of market intelligence
Knowledge of comprehensive concepts and principles of customer research
Proven track record in product lifecycle planning
In-depth understanding of events and trends that directly impact and influence High Net Worth consumer behaviour and habits.
Ability to identify High Net Worth demographics (wealthy individuals and families, financial advisors, corporations and financial institutions) and psychographics and leveraging this knowledge for business planning and identify their unmet needs/desired benefits
Strong leadership and communication skills
Must be residing in Kuwait with valid residency status
