About the Client
A publicly listed company on the Kuwait Stock Exchange and a prominent organization in the Hospitality, Food and beverage Sector, known for its strategic presence and contribution to the development of hospitality service within the region.

Aboout The Role
Responsible for overseeing the management of accommodation facilities, housing services, and fleet operations. Your main goal will be to ensure that all accommodation and housing needs of the company are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

About You
Ideal candidate would have the following:

 

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in accommodation and fleet
  • Strong knowledege of health and safett regulations related to accommodation facilities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with external suppliers and contractor
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Experience in budget management and cost control
