About the Client
A dynamic family-owned enterprise operating premier commercial establishments and businesses in the fastest growing region in the Middle East.

About the Role
This is a Regional Position based in Saudi Arabia. The role will  be responsible for spearheading the overall advancement and execution of sales strategies in close collaboration with Senior Leadership. The role involves formulating, developing, and executing systematic approaches to hiring, as well as crafting sales programs and ensuring a sustained growth trajectory in sales.

About You
Ideal candidate will have the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a relevant degree, from an accredited institution (Master is an Advantage).
  • Minimum 15 years of successful sales experience and 10 years in a sales leadership role preferably in Trading/Building Material/Fit-out industry/ Warehouse/Storage & Racking Systems/Display Chillers 
  • Strong track record in Business and Strategic Planning, Sales Operations Management, Profit and Loss Management, Market Intelligence, Business Development 
  • Experience working in any GCC Country is preferred and must be open to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
