About the Role
In charge of overseeing the efficient operations of the Cement Division, including the Interlocks, Cement, and Ready Mix plants, as well as the supporting functions of Logistics & Workshop and Sales. Ensuring that all initiatives and activities align with the business requirements of the organization, working towards the achievement of strategic objective.
About You
Ideally considers candidates with the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or any related field. / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, or any related major, would be an added advantage
Minimum of 12 years of experience in the same or any related field with at least 8 years of experience in a leadership capacity in a similar industry -- Industrial Manufacturing/ Cement Manufacturing - Interlocks, Cement, and Ready-Mix
Demonstrated experience in Strategy Formulation, Budget & Cost Control, Sales Management, Logistics & Distribution, Business Process Improvement, Culture/People Management, Performance Management; Production Management
Strong Leadership and Communication Commands (English and Arabic)
