About the Role
To lead and oversee the operational aspects and ensuring the attainment of the Construction Sector's intended profitability. This includes overseeing Pricing & Tendering, Civil Contracting, Maintenance, Electromechanical, Project Control, Parking Projects, and Saudi Block Factory Functions. All activities align with the Manufacturing & Constructions strategy and adhere to the highest industry standards and quality practices.
About You
Ideally considers candidates with the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or any related field. / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, or any related major, would be an added advantage
Minimum of 12 years of experience in the same or any related field with at least 8 years of experience in a leadership capacity in a similar industry -- Industrial Manufacturing
Demonstrated experience in Project Management, Budget, Operational Excellence, Strategy Formulation, Tender Management, Business Process Improvement, Stakeholer Management; Risk and Quality Management
Strong Leadership and Communication Commands (English and Arabic)
