Developing and managing a portfolio of restaurant concepts, the company oversees activities from concept development to daily operations, working across culinary, design, and operational functions to support consistent and structured business performance.

About The Role

To lead the marketing function across a portfolio of Food/Hospitality brands. This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and scaling the marketing department, setting strategic direction, and ensuring disciplined execution across multiple outlets. The position requires balancing brand consistency with business priorities, while building a structured team capable of supporting growth.

About You

An ideal candidate will have the following: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing /Management or any relevant field
• 10+ years of Senior Marketing leadership experience.
• Proven track record in multi-brand or multi-outlet environments in the Food/Hospitality, Retail, and Consumer-Facing Sectors
• Strong understanding of Brand, Communications, and Marketing operations.
• Experience building and leading structured teams.
• Strategic, composed leadership style with strong judgment
• Must hold a valid Kuwait Transferable Visa 18
