Developing and managing a portfolio of restaurant concepts, the company oversees activities from concept development to daily operations, working across culinary, design, and operational functions to support consistent and structured business performance.

About The Role

An operations-focused role responsible for executing all non-food physical production requirements, ensuring assets such as packaging, printed materials, uniforms, and signage are delivered accurately and in line with approved specifications. The role involves coordinating with approved suppliers, tracking production timelines and quantities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring cost control and process discipline. It requires strong attention to detail and structured follow-through to deliver consistent, high-quality physical outputs while coordinating internally on purchase orders and payments.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following:

• 3–6 years of experience in operations, production coordination, or similar administrative roles
• Experience handling non-food physical assets.
• Familiarity with printing and production methods and materials used for packaging, signage, and printed items
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline

• Structured, methodical, and execution-focused working style

• Ability to manage timelines, quantities, and documentation with accuracy and consistency
