Senior IT Professionals – Software, Architecture, Database & Health Informatics

About the Role

These IT roles are responsible for the design, analysis, architecture, security, and delivery of complex enterprise and healthcare IT systems. The positions involve close collaboration with business, technical, data, and clinical stakeholders to ensure effective system development, architectural governance, security compliance, and successful project execution.

1. Software Developer (Java)

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in software development with strong focus on Java-based applications;
• Experience in developing enterprise or web-based Java applications;
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and coding best practices;
• Oracle Certified Java Professional (OCJP) is required.

2. Health Informatics Consultant

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field;
• 15+ years of IT project experience, including 10+ years working with Clinical Information Systems;
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical applications, and health IT standards;
• Proven experience collaborating with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders;
• Professional certifications CPHIMS, CBAP, or CAHIMS are required.

3. Senior Database Security Specialist

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 15+ years of experience in Database Administration, with a strong focus on Database Security;
• Proven expertise in Oracle database security administration, access control, auditing, and compliance;
• Experience implementing security best practices for enterprise database environments;
• Oracle Database Security Administration experience and Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
  certification are required.

4. Senior Software Architect (.NET)

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 10+ years of experience in Software Architecture, with a strong focus on .NET platforms;
• Proven ability to design and govern enterprise-scale application architectures;
• Experience with cloud-based architectures, preferably Microsoft Azure;
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Azure Architect (or equivalent) is required.

5. Software Architect (Enterprise Architecture)

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 12+ years of experience as a Software Architect designing large-scale enterprise systems;
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and architectural governance;
• Ability to align technology strategy with business objectives across multiple platforms;
• TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification is required.
