About the Role

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the organizations enterprise-wide technology strategy and digital transformation agenda. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the CTO will be responsible for building a secure, scalable, and innovative technology ecosystem that enhances operational efficiency, supports data-driven decision-making, and drives business growth across all business units. This role will oversee IT governance, modernization of legacy systems, enterprise platform implementation, and cybersecurity frameworks while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters/MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of senior IT leadership experience in multi-business or diversified organizations.
• Proven track record in digital transformation, ERP, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology programs.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing IT budgets and vendor partnerships.
• Expertise in building and leading high-performing technology teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Highly adaptable, results-driven, and passionate about leveraging technology to drive growth and innovation.
