About the Client Kuwait International Fair Company was established in 1971 as the first exhibition company in the Gulf region. About the Role The Chief Executive Officer will provide comprehensive strategic leadership for the company and oversee its operations, departments, and future projects. The role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth in alignment with national priorities and international standards.
About You
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of experience, including 5 years in senior leadership positions such as CEO, Deputy CEO, Director General, or Deputy Director General.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Ability to prepare and assess feasibility studies and contracts.
Strong leadership skills and decision-making ability.
Extensive knowledge of procedures, regulations, and stakeholder engagement related to relevant government and regulatory entities.
