To organize, lead, assist, and oversee the call center operations and its agents. To ensure that customer service is provided and that the overall call center strategies are met.

About You
This opportunity accepts candidate with:
  • University Degree in Business Administration or in similar field
  • Minimum 5 + years in a Call Center Environment
  • Self- Starter with good skills in organizing, coordinating, supervising
  • Ability to manage multiple task and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Database/Spreadsheet or any ERP systems
  • Strong Communication Skills (English and Arabic)
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Residing in Kuwait
